Technical knowledge and experience is at a premium and that is absolutely nothing new.

It's not Revit that's going to get you anywhere in the industry as being user doesn't automatically confer the knowledge of how to put large complex buildings together.

This practice is 100% Revit based and does practice collaborative BIM.

It is the level of Technical experience in house that though that will propel you onwards in your career.  The practice have always been happy to promote Tech’s into Senior Management positions, in fact this role is reporting into an Associate Director who has recently been promoted from Senior Tech.

It's time for this practice to invest in the next generation coming through and if you've made a solid start to your career but aren't quite getting the level of exposure you think you're capable of then reading this job advert might be the luckiest thing you ever do.

You might want more responsibility - Good, because they need you to step up as they grow, they'll test you every single day on a range of project types and you'll get to deal with almost everything that comes into the office at one stage or another.

Fed up of a commute into Leeds?  If you are based in Keighley, Bradford, Halifax or Yeadon this role could be perfect based in Shipley
