How on earth do we define an a Mid Level Technician or Technologist? The best way to describe what we're looking for is that we want an Architectural Technologist who knows they're not Senior yet... not quite there, still looking for a practice to take them to the next level.
You're probably unhappy with the level of work you do where you are, probably not getting pushed to run jobs yet, probably on £25k - £30k and feel under valued. You may be using Revit but they're not letting you push it and you want to get to the next level.
This is the perfect place to do it! Here success in 2 years would equal a Senior Tech title on or around £40k, very high level Revit user with experience in a highly collaborative BIM environment. You'll have finished managing a £10m job and be ready for a £30m. You'll know how traditional as well as steel frame buildings go together like the back of your hand and well as how to layout a commercial masterplan over 2 - 10 acres.
Technologist lead organisation. Pushing BIM and Revit use on every project. We'll stop short of saying 'you'll learn from the best' because at your level that would be a bit patronising. You will though be surrounded by such a high level of talent that only a fool wouldn't pick up a thing or two.
