Finally, an Architectural business that doesn't just pay a decent basic, but shares out real financial rewards by offering a healthy chunk of their annual profits to their employees.

The projects can't really be sniffed at either. Brexit has slowed a lot of businesses down, a lot of Architectural businesses. Not this one though! They can see the next three years in fee pipeline and they need to grow. Talk about that for security in a world where your practice probably can't see past 6 months, as a norm.

But none of these things are really why you should think about talking to us about this job.

They've got some real, high end seniority in the business on both the technical and design side that you can benefit from. You'll be a Technician that thinks about design a lot too after just a short stint here.

They want what we recruiters call "mid-level" Technicians. Not quite running big jobs yet, but basically know how a building goes together. By the time that pipeline we talked about earlier is ramping up, they want homegrown senior talent to manage it.

You can't say the progression isn't there if you work here. You also wouldn't be able to say you don't get a great bonus and work with the very best in the industry.
