What is most important to you? More money?  Better flexibility in work and more time for yourself? How about more paid holidays?

Why compromise or choose, when you can get all of these things in one big national developer?

If you're fed up of a big commute to Liverpool, Manchester, Stockport or even further afield then this might be your big solution. Sure the big cities might have the culture, the nightlife and the big draw but you don't need to compromise on that either.

With the best flexible working scheme in the industry, you can build an extra 21 days holiday a year, or if you're not bothered by that then you can come in at 11 am and leave at 2 pm any day you like, then make up the hours within the rest of the month. It's so flexible, there's no asking permission or checking diaries, you are finally in control of you're whole work-life balance.

The money is fantastic, what other Mid Level Technician job pays a minimum of 30k?  How else will you afford that holiday or put a big chunk into your mortgage saving without the big annual bonus this company pays? Add all of the bonus you've ever earned together and times it by at least two every year.

You'll even get the progression you've been craving. You can only really get those big promotions in growing companies, but many are contracting in the current climate, not expanding. It's easy to see that a self funded developer like this in a niche sector that is independent of Brexit might grow quicker than the practice or consultancy you work for now. In fact, they're aiming at more than double the size of the design team of 15 in less than two years and quadrupling in five. Will that make you feel like you are in a safe and secure workplace.

This really is an employer that looks after their people. Ever worried about your pension? How about a 6% contribution?  What about holidays? Does 26 days standard with the option to almost double it with your flexibility get you excited. With other advantages such as free meals in work every day, Health insurance and extended sick pay you will be building up a picture of how much you will be valued.

You'll be using Revit. You don't need to be an expert already but some knowledge will help. You'll be working on apartments, residential and an occasional bit of health and retail. No prior knowledge of any of these sectors is required though.

If you don't apply for this job, you might as well get comfortable. You'll never see a better opportunity, so don't delay. Get in touch today!
