Technical knowledge and experience is at a premium and that is absolutely nothing new.
It's not Revit that's going to get you any where in the industry as being user doesn't automatically confer the knowledge of how to put large complex buildings together.
This practice is 100% Revit based and does practice collaborative BIM.
It is the level of Technical experience in house that though that will propel you onwards in your career. Far more Technicians than Architects, Directors are in large part Technicians with experience that crosses every sector and project types.
It's time for this practice of 20 to invest in the next generation coming through and if you've made a solid start to your career but aren't quite getting the level of exposure you think you're capable of then reading this job advert might be the luckiest thing you ever do.
You might want more money - Good, they pay Manchester rates or better from a Warrington base and includes annual bonus.
You might want more responsibility - Good, because they need you to step up as they grow, they'll test you every single day on a range of project types and you'll get to deal with almost everything that comes into the office at one stage or another.
Need more security? - How about a company that doesn't need to bid for their jobs, but has a long and secure pipeline.
Fed up of a commute? - So easy to get to from anywhere in Merseyside, Cheshire or Greater Manchester.
