Outside of Manchester, there are only a handful of practices in the Northwest who could trade blows with the big practices. This is one of them.
Known for their variety of work in various sectors they have a very strong design driven portfolio including large conceptual outdoor spaces, strong Heritage, Health, Sport, Residential and Commercial. Projects vary in size from £5m - £100m in project value.
Don't fear getting stuck in one sector in this practice. You and your team will move between sectors and project types, there is plenty of variety to be had. One project might be a picturesque country house hotel, the next might be a new stadium or training ground.
Similarly, you won't get stuck on RIBA stages 4, 5 and 6. In fact you'll be doing what an Architect was born to do, stages 0, 1, 2 and 3. That means lots of front end conceptual work.
The practice are committed to BIM in a big way.
