As an Architect do you feel lost in the system with your current company?
Is Progression slow?
Do big promises feel like they come to nothing?
Not getting the recognition you deserve?
It's a familiar story, but you can stop stressing now because this job is proof that there is a perfect environment where you will be noticed, will get the kind of responsibility that means progression, and there aren't six others also vying for the single Associate job that might come up when Bob from the Commercial team retires.
This is a very large Architectural practice. But in Birmingham, they're still forming after three years of establishing themselves in the Midlands.
You will be joining a commercial team of less than 10. There is an established Director running things, but there is no clear number two, and no Associate in the team. This is where you step in.
They need project leadership, this is also where you step in. Three big projects are kicking off this month, and three more over the next three months.
Don't worry though, you won't just be dumped at the helm of a big project and given a pat on your back after stage 5 then shoved onto the next job. They're known to develop Project Architects like you into commercially savvy, goal orientated Senior Management professionals.
They use Revit but you don't have to. They'll teach you everything you need to know.
On top of all of this, you can expect a market leading salary for Project Architects, as well as a generous four-figure annual bonus.
