£40,000 - £50,000

You could be an Architect with 5 years Post Qualification experience or 15 years experience, either way, you know by now that it is usually a poorly paid profession. Architectural practices just aren't willing or not able to pay over £45,000 or even £40,000.
If you worked at this company though you would know that they recognise the need to pay high-quality individuals as well as they can. What's more, they are an Architectural Practice, so you don't have to sell your soul to a developer or contractor, you won't have to churn out Tin Sheds or budget supermarkets to earn decent money.
The projects range widely in type and tend to be attractive and modern new build private sector jobs.
You'll be working with an AJ Top 50, they moved up the list nearly 20 places this year. In Manchester though they're not so big that you'll become a number. In fact, there is nobody standing in between you and the Directors for an Associate job. A Director job might even be on the cards in the future, the generation gap is there to allow this.
It's in the middle of all of the main stations in Manchester City Centre, is easy to get to and even has private parking on site if you ever need it.
If you're worried about work-life balance that is a feature of being employed there too you can look forward to finishing on time there every day. We have worked with the practice for years and past placements have reported this back to us.
