£50,000 - £60,000 + Healthcare

If every Senior Architect earned this kind of money things would be much more in balance. For the responsibility and the job you do, many people would be surprised to find that most Architects who aren't Directors tend to hit a glass ceiling at about £45,000 per annum, no benefits and few exceptions.
Why not just work for a company that is willing to pay what you're worth? Your responsibilities aren't suddenly those of a Director, your job remains the same, but you get paid properly.
You'll have to look after some high profile clients, but you won't have to find them yourself, you'll be part of a medium sized company with a few offices around the UK. You'll predominantly be doing High-End Residential projects. We're talking 10,000 - 30,000 square foot homes for the rich and famous.
You won't just be delivering jobs while someone else does the fancy stuff though. You'll spend your time designing someone with a big budgets dream house, then taking that project through all RIBA stages. It goes without saying that you're going to offer a high-end service with total access to the end user throughout. You'll have to keep those contractors in line and keep a close eye on the M&E and Structural consultants.
No pre-requisites when it comes to software or previous experience. You could have experience in any sector to get this job. They would prefer that you've done at least one 10,000 - 20,000 sq ft home in the past.
There won't be many more chances to get this kind of money for the same job you're doing right now, get in touch or apply today!
