Do you feel limited at your current practice because you're a Technician?

Don't get the same progression as your ARB registered colleagues?

What if you worked for a practice lead by Technicians where the kind of situation you're in now is turned on its head.

You'll do the work of a Senior Technician in a place that can recognise you for the high-quality detail design work you do. You will be the one recognised for project success and you will feel like a big part of a small, successful, growing team.

What's more, you won't be stopped from designing just because you're a Technician: you'll get to do stages 0 - 2 whenever the opportunity arises.

You don't need to worry about working on generic, unimaginative projects in this practice either: how about working with high-end building products like charred timber, opaque polycarbonate walling, corten steel or even multi-coloured Terracotta Batons.

It's also very rare Architects or Technicians get well rewarded financially for what they do. The problem lies in low fees, limited cashflow and a general race to the bottom. Not in the specialist sectors this company works in. This is why they can offer a generous Starting basic salary plus the comfort of Healthcare insurance.  This is also why they don't suffer slowdowns or redundancies when it comes to recessions or Brexit panics.

They use AutoCAD for the most part, but there is a huge desire coming from the practice to drive their clients towards BIM. If you don't use it yet this might be your chance to get live Revit experience one day.

What more could you ask for in a new start? An opportunity like this won't come up every day, make sure you get in touch or apply.
