What can a very Technologist lead organisation mean to you and your career as an Architectural Technologist?
They can offer a high quality individual the opportunity of true progression. We know this because out of our own key Technical recruits into the business over the last 2 years, 2 have become Associate Directors, another has launched a new Sector and heads it up and they are telling us they need more of the same.
If you want genuine progression, have a Technical leaning in an environment that is big enough to demand large good quality projects, collaborative BIM and plenty of opportunities, but small enough so that you make an impact and don't feel like a number, and Altrincham / Warrington is a good commute for you, then you might have hit the Jackpot with this job.
They only work on the latest Revit packages, and on collaborative BIM projects.
Never worry about your job, these guys don't NEED to bid for work. They do of course on high end concept driven jobs, but have a very stable long term pipeline of Masterplanning, Commercial, Residential and Industrial work that offers the company a strong mainstay that allows them to pick the more interesting Front End focussed projects.
You'll get out and about, you'll manage packages, projects worth up to £20m and the people who work closely with you.
Out of the 4 people that make up the Senior Team, 3 are Architectural Technician backgrounds.
Matt from Ardent Careers knows all about them. Feel free to get in touch.
