If you work in Healthcare Architecture already then you don't need us to tell you that you can't just walk into a job like this without experience in the sector. The good news for you is that your skills are in short supply.

It's good to have a niche. You've got one, it's producing Acute Medical, Mental Health and General Healthcare buildings.

Now it's time to capitalise on this and seriously move your career up a notch or two.

You might be an Architect with two years experience or you might have twenty years. Either way, you're hungry for Senior Management.

Don't worry, you won't be expected to have work winning/business development pressure on your shoulders, this is one of Manchester's biggest practices and an AJ Top 100, you just need to be able to represent yourself and the company to Trusts Contractors, Sub Consultants and Design teams well in your day-to-day.

If you're someone who ever thought you could easily be in your bosses shoes, now is the time to put it to the test by sending your application to us.

'New year, new job' is a saying that gets bandied about a lot this time of year. Why not make it a career-defining job.
