Technical / Delivery Focussed Architect
How about a 1pm finish every Friday? Literally drop everything and get down the pub or get home early, office closes; sorry you can't finish your work today!
Okay, that's a small benefit if the work was rubbish or it wasn't a good place to work.
The work: It's Healthcare for the most part. But this is an upcoming practice in that industry. They're on the frameworks, you'll get to know people (Hopefully you already do), you'll manage your own clients and your own jobs. To quote an employer: "In Healthcare, it's very easy to become so important to us that we have to make you an Associate".
It's niche, but that's a good thing. You have a skillset that is irreplaceable. You'll probably be the most important Project Delivery Architect they have in the region.
The place: It's a young and dare I say it 'Dynamic' organisation. Doesn't stop it from having 55 employees, but in Liverpool especially they nurture a friendly, family feel. Benefits of a large(ish) company but the feel a of a small one.
Very attractive office space, very attractive location; free parking about 10 minutes walk from Liverpool One.
Ideally you will know a bit about Healthcare, and a bit about BIM / Revit.
Speak to Matt at Aspirant; I'll tell you who this company is in the first conversation
